Online Yoga Live stream classes

Join Jess Hatchett for a live online yoga class during this time of isolation and uncertainty.

Stay connected to your body, the earth and the support of your yoga practice.

Each class will be streamed live at the times below, they will be around an hour long. There will be a weekly theme and each class will vary depending on the time of day.

Slow Flow is more gentle and suitable for beginners, Creative flow is a stronger more demanding class that suits people with some yoga experience.

Online yoga class timetable:

Tuesday 10am Creative flow, grounding, energising and strengthening.

Tuesday 6pm Slow Flow, somatics and gentle vinyasa.

Wednesday 6pm Yoga Nidra lying down restorative meditation.

Thursday 9am Creative Flow, somatics, energising and awakening.

Thursday 7pm Slow Flow, relaxing, unwinding and restorative.

Saturday 10.30am Creative Flow, Uplifting, strengthening and grounding.

Special Sunday 2 Hour Workshop. 17th May 11am-1pm. €15.

A one day pass gives you access to any timetabled live classes that fall within the 24 hours from time of purchase.

A seven day pass gives you access to all timetabled livestream classes that fall within the 7 days from time of purchase.

Workshop tickets are available from Saturday evening. Normal weekly tickets are available from Sunday evening till saturday morning.

You will need a couple of props for this weeks classes (12th- 17th May)…A blanket and a bolster or equivalent (couple of blankets or a firm cushion and blanket or a yoga brick)
